About us

American Imports was founded on a vision to "do" automotive repair a different way. We saw that in the automotive field there was something lacking...Good Old Fashion Customer Service! We knew that if we treated people right and gave them the respect that they deserved we would succeed. So, in 1998 we opened our doors as American Imports Inc.

In our first years of business we quickly grew. Our mission was to give and honest diagnosis, prioritize needed work, offer a fair price, and have a fix it right the first time mentality. We started out as a Honda specialty shop working mostly on Honda and Toyota automobiles, but this didn't last for long. People were asking if we could work on other cars as well. so we expanded our service to all Asian imports and some domestic cars as well. Over the next few years we continued to grow, hired some employees and achieved such accolades as;

• State certified emissions repair facility
• BBB membership
• Members of AAIA (Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association) and CCPN (Car Care Professionals Network
• NAPA Auto Care facility

Several years ago we decided to take it to the next level and look for a bigger place. After a long search we settled on a new building project located in Menomonee Falls. Our new building will be twice the size of our current facility, and it is located in a great area right on County Line road. With this new facility we will be servicing all Asian and domestic vehicles and we will be able to service fleet accounts as well.

Over the years we have developed many rewarding relationships with our customers and look forward to many more, not to mention the many friends we have made as well. We do believe we achieved our goal of excellent customer service and will continue to strive to be the best repair facility in the area.
